As regards the legal matters concerning the member hospitals who are not- for- profit Public Charitable Trust, the extract of section 41AA of Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, the relevant Hon'ble High Court Order dt. 17/08/2006 and the number of Notifications relating thereto are attached.

The Association helps the members to follow the Act, the Order and the Notifications and represent on their behalf to the office of the Charity Commissioner and in the Courts in case of the difficulties faced by them as and when required.

The Association helps the members by representing on their behalf to Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission and such other Government agencies as well as the other Government authorities in the matters relating to taxation and the relevant regulations.
